Khumbu Valley is one of the most unique and beautiful places you will ever visit. You will be among many of the world’s highest peaks like Cho Oyu, Makalu, Lhotse and Everest (the highest mountain in the world, the 'mother of all the mountains'),and some other major peaks like Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Kantega, Thamserku, Pumori. Mt Everest is called Sagarmatha in Nepali and Chomolungma in Tibetan.

We will explore Sagarmatha National Park and be among the Sherpa people and their villages.

Day 1 - Arrive at Kathmandu (1,350m)

Day 2 - In Kathmandu

Day 3 - Fly to Lukla (2,800m), trek to Monjo (2,840m) or Phakding (2,630m)

Day 4 – Trek to Namche (3,440m)

Day 5 – Acclimatisation day in Namche

Day 6 – Trek to Phortse (3810m)

Day 7 -  Pangboche (3,840m)

Day 8 - Trek to Dingboche (4,330m)

Day 9 – Rest and explore Dingboche (4,330m)

Day 10 – Acclimatisation day in Dingboche (4,330m)

Day 11 – Trek to Dughla (4,590m), Lobuche (4,920m)

(There is an alternative route over the Kongma La (5520m/18,160ft), while the normal route is via Dughla)

Day 12 - Trek to Gorak Shep (5,140m) and reach Everest BC (5300m)

Day 13 - Trek to Pheriche (4,270m) via Kala Patthar (5,640m)

Day 14 - Trek to Tengoboche (3,860m)

Day 15 - Trek to Namche (3,440m) or Monjo (3,570m)

Day 16 – Trek to Lukla (2,800m)

Day 17 - fly to Kathmandu in the morning

Day 18 - In Kathmandu

Day 19 - Depart Kathmandu
